How to use a Kakobuy spreadsheet
A spreadsheet helps you discover a product. The next step is working out exactly what the link contains. This guide follows a find from the catalog to the details you should check before ordering.
Match the product, the selected style and the seller link before comparing the price.
What a Kakobuy spreadsheet actually does
In this context, a spreadsheet is a collection of product links. The original listing might be on Weidian, Taobao or 1688. A shopping agent is a separate service that may help you buy from that listing. The directory, the seller and the agent have different jobs.
KakoPicks presents those links as a visual catalog. You can browse a category, compare listed prices and open available QC photos. Finding a product in the catalog does not reserve it or guarantee that the seller still has every option in stock.
Start with one category and one useful detail
Open the catalog and choose a category such as sneakers, hoodies or bags. Then search for a brand, model or descriptive detail. A query such as “grey zip hoodie” gives you a more manageable starting point than “clothing”. You can also sort the results by price or select the filter for products with QC photos.
Compare a few plausible results before opening everything. Look at the shape, the material shown and the type of item. A similar name is a starting point, not proof that two listings offer the same product.
Open the product and choose the right style
One seller link can include several colors or models. On KakoPicks, these appear as styles within the listing. Change the selected style and check its image and price again. A low price attached to one option may not apply to the option you want.
Keep the full shared product URL if you are comparing finds with someone else. When a URL includes a style parameter, it can point them to your selection rather than just the general listing. Confirm that selection again when you reach the shopping agent.
Use photos and measurements together
Seller photos show what is being advertised. QC photos, when available, provide another view of an item associated with a source listing. They may show a different color, size or production run from the one you plan to buy. Read our QC photo checklist before treating an existing gallery as evidence for your own order.
For clothing, compare the seller’s measurements with a garment you already like. A familiar size letter is less informative than chest width, length and sleeve length measured in the same way.
Check the final details on the agent
Use the product’s buying link to continue to the selected shopping agent. Review the seller, product ID, style, size, quantity and current price there before paying. The catalog price is not a complete delivered price: shipping and other charges are separate parts of the purchase.
Save the source link and the selected options with your order notes. If a listing changes or a photo is unclear, that small record makes it easier to explain what you intended to buy.
